Our mission is to serve our customers with honesty, integrity and competence. Our goal is to provide home loans to our clients while working to secure competitive interest rates and closing costs. Above all, we pledge to help borrowers overcome the roadblocks that can arise while securing a loan.
Why a brokerage, not a bank?
A bank can only offer you its own products. As a licensed mortgage brokerage, Atlantic works with a wide network of lending partners — so when your loan has a wrinkle (self-employment income, a manufactured home, a construction project, an investment property), we can match it to a lender who actually wants it, instead of forcing it through one rigid box.
We understand that every borrower is different. Our experienced staff's primary objective is to make the process of securing financing smooth and seamless, and customer service and communication remain Atlantic's top priority from application through closing day.
